Heritage Harvest Company was founded in 2025 by Toby and Sydnee Lynde.  We had a vision for making high quality, local food accessible to the community.   Raising animals is a way of life for us.  From horses to chickens to cows, we love all the animals that call our property home.  We are a small, family run business and care deeply about the Northern Colorado community.  Along with our beef, honey, and numerous other products, we are excited to partner with other local businesses to bring you the best that Northern Colorado has to offer!  

Toby is a 5th generation cattle rancher from Wyoming

Sydnee was born and raised in Northern Colorado

We also raise Gypsy Cob horses, many of which have been imported from England!

Our ranch is located about 30 minutes North of Fort Collins

Toby's favorite past time is fishing and Sydnee loves doing anything creative!
