Just contact us to let us know and we will hold it for you! However, if your beef subscription isn't picked up after 30 days your beef will be forfeited
Because we only have a limited amount of subscriptions, we don't allow for months to be skipped. If you are unable to receive beef every month, we recommend you stop by the farm stand and just purchase your beef on an as needed basis.

Unfortuantely, we do not allow for picking and choosing. But we can assure you that you will get a variety of high quality options in your subscription!
All of our beef is raised by us or another local beef producer!

To maximize the quality of the beef, get the best flavor, and have great marbeling, all of our beef is grass fed and grain finished.
